Industries We Serve

Specialized accounting for the way your business actually works.

Generalist firms apply the same playbook to every client. We don't. The accounting, tax, and CFO work for a law firm is different from the work for an e-commerce brand, which is different from the work for a dental practice.

Every engagement is scoped to your industry, and to the specific scale, complexity, and tax footprint of your business. Don't see your industry below? Tell us, we cover more than the headline list.

Frequently Asked

Questions about industry fit

What does industry-specific accounting actually change?
The chart of accounts, the KPIs, and the tax posture. A law firm needs trust accounting handled correctly, an e-commerce brand needs inventory and multi-state sales tax done right, and a dental practice has its own owner compensation and equipment depreciation questions. We scope each engagement around those differences instead of applying one template.
What if my industry isn't listed?
Tell us. The pages here cover the industries where we have the deepest bench: professional services, e-commerce, real estate, restaurants, and healthcare practices. But we work with most small businesses and individuals, and if your business is outside the headline list we will say honestly whether we have the relevant experience.
Do I need to switch accounting software?
No. We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Zoho Books as primary platforms and alongside the operational tools your industry relies on, without forcing a migration. If your current setup is holding the books back, we will recommend a change and manage it, but that is a scoped decision, not a default.
Is the industry work still partner-led?
Yes. Every engagement runs the same way regardless of industry: a partner leads the relationship, a licensed CPA reviews every filing, and pricing is a fixed monthly fee scoped to your scale, complexity, and tax footprint. Industry expertise changes what we look for, not how the engagement is run.

Find your fit

Most owners sit across two of these, not one.

An e-commerce brand with a warehouse and a wholesale line is three sets of rules, not one vertical. Walk us through the shape of the business and we will tell you which playbook it actually needs.
